Delivery

All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days via tracked courier. Most deliveries within South Africa arrive in 2–4 working days, with outlying areas taking slightly longer. You'll receive tracking the moment your order ships.

Delivery is complimentary on all orders over R1 500. Orders below that carry a flat courier fee, calculated at checkout.

Returns

If a product isn't right, return it unused and in original condition within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Begin a return from your account or via our Contact page, and we'll send a return label and instructions.

Exchanges

Need a different fit or carry side? We'll exchange unused product at no extra cost within the 30-day window — just cover return shipping.

Warranty

Every Athena product carries a workmanship guarantee. If hardware or stitching fails under normal use, we'll repair or replace it.
